Chairman
A Master’s Graduate in Management (Topper) with a specialization in Finance from Kathmandu University is a Founder/CMD at iCapital. He has 16 years of experience in national and international financial markets and his core expertise lies in the stock market. He is a serial entrepreneur and has also founded SB Textiles, Growmax Investment, Source Code, Kaffeine Foods, Capital Market Technologies, Nepali Paisa, and Alpha Capital. He is also a chairman at Attic Group and Director at Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal.
Managing Director
He leads Real Estate division at iCapital as Investment Manager. Prior to joining iCapital, he was a Chairman and Managing Director at Kantipur Logistics, a smart cargo imports and shipping service provider which he ran for 5 years (before it was acquired) before shifting to Real Estate investments. Shishir is also Co-Founder and digital marketing strategist at Exponent Marketing, a modern-day media and communications, full-service advertising agency. He has completed MBA in Entrepreneurship from Westcliff University and Masters in Anthropology from Tribhuwan University.
Senior HR Officer
She joined iCapital in 2015 as an Admin cum Research Associate and had later been promoted to HR cum Research Associate. Before joining iCapital she was working at NCELL (P). Ltd. where she dealt with documents and data of the clients. She has successfully completed her Banking Training Course on “General Banking” from a renowned Institute. She has completed her Bachelor in Commerce from Premier International College.

He joined us in February 2023. He has a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant certification from ICAN. His journey began in different auditing firms, where he spent 4.5 years, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and is currently enrolled in the MA-Economics program at the same institution.
Marketing Officer
He joined us in May 20, 2024. He is an experienced Business Executive Officer and MBA graduate from KUSOM with a rich and varied professional background. His expertise spans a broad range of domains, including proficiency in MS-Office, SPSS, and R-studio, as well as experience with airline software, social media management, web analytics, marketing tools, and accounting. His skill set extends to financial valuation, operations management, business development, customer relations, and leadership. His career highlights include a notable role at Nepal Airlines Corporation and a leadership position as Treasurer at the Rotaract Club of KUSOM. Currently, He has served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Shreenath Enterprises, a prominent healthcare company based in Nepal. His diverse experience and strategic acumen make him a valuable asset to any team.
